Family Project Reflection

This project has really given me chances to discover my family's history. As you know, my grandfather was a Vietnamese soldier who fought for our country's peace. Through that, I know the war past of my country. I also know how my country got over such hard times. I realize Vietnamese people are so brave and determined. And I learn that my mother's difficult childhood has encouraged my mother to work hard until now when our life is better. Vietnamese people are always like that. They are brave in war and hard-working at work. I'm proud of being Vietnamese.
Thanks to presentations from my friends, I know more about different cultures. Besides, this is the best chance for me to learn more about my friends and to strengthen our friendship. I really want to experience the coldness of winter and the fierce hotness of summer in Japan and Russia. if only I could play skateboard and skiing in winter. My friend's presentations have given me the idea of cultural differences. Some of my friends are really not familiar with Vietnamese food and the others find hard at first when living in Vietnam. However, I hope we, from different cultures, can work be friendly like this to build a better world.
